How to use Adobe's Acrobat Reader to complete the Toledo Transportation Club forms
1. If you don't have Adobe's Acrobat Reader, please click here to download the free software. If you have Acrobat Reader already, skip to step 2.
a. Complete the software registration form and click the Download button to continue. When you are prompted to save the software to your computer, select the Desktop as your save desintation.
b. After the download is complete, exit your web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer or Netscape).
c. On your desktop, look for a new icon to install Acrobat Reader on your computer. Double-click to begin the installation.
d. Once the installation is complete, restart your web browser.
2. Select a form you need to complete from the list below:
3. Once the selected file is opened, it will appear within Acrobat Reader in the web browser.
4. To complete the form directly on your computer, simply click the mouse in the first fill-in-the-blank location and begin typing in the information. To move to the next area, simply use the tab key on your keyboard. For areas that need to be checked, you can use your mouse to add a check mark to the form.
5. Once the required forms items are complete, print the form. To finalize the form, answer any questions not answered in Acrobat Reader.
6. If you have any questions with this process, you can print out a blank form within Acrobat Reader and complete the registration form with a typewriter.
7. To return to this page from the registration form, simply use the close new the window.
